The mission format
One mission a day. Monthly arcs. A Day-182 totals sheet that sits next to your Day-30.
Six months of daily mindset missions, sequenced progression, a recovery day built into every seventh-day arc plus four heavier deload blocks across the arc, and a Day-182 wrap totals sheet. The same spine the other challenge tracks run — longer runway, fewer unknowns.
What the format looks like
Six monthly arcs, one mindset mission a day, accountability baked in.
- Daily mission · daily report. The same mission-library cadence the other challenge tracks run, with a written daily report back to the cohort by close of day.
- Mindset focus prompt. A short written prompt that anchors the mission to a single recurring idea — the one you reread twice on a hard day.
- Sequenced progression. Each month adds a new layer; nothing gets thrown at the runner all at once, and the deload blocks line the longer weeks up behind the harder ones.
- Recovery days. A written reflection, a walk, a quieter morning — built into the rhythm and stacked into four heavier deload blocks (Day 38, 78, 128, 168) so the load does not compound.
- Nutrition prompts. Three pre-programmed macro cycles — ramp, plateau, peak — with a hydration drumbeat that runs the full 182 days, not just the work weeks.
- Accountability. The cohort is small. The reports are read. The streak is the work.

Who it is for
For people wanting a longer arc instead of a sprint.
The 30-Day and the Confidence Sprint are short, sharp, and over. The 6-Month is for the runner whose life needs a longer runway — and whose change needs more than six weeks to read honest in the totals sheet.
The runner this arc is built for does not need a pep talk. Their problem is not motivation — it is drift. The job is the same as the morning, and the morning is the same as the day before, and somewhere between the second and the sixth month the question quietly becomes: is anything actually moving, or am I just staying busy?
Six months is long enough to see movement, to let the daily report become a habit, and to let the totals sheet on Day 182 sit next to the one from Day 30 and look different. The missions are short. The recovery days are built in. The reports are read. And the four deload blocks give the long weeks an honest place to land.
If that is the kind of runway you have been looking for, the page below is the one place the format reads honest. Start the 6-Month and write the first report by close of day.
