Day 1 is free. Try the format for one week.
The 7-Day Starter is the same morning mission format the 30-day and 60-day tracks run on — one movement cue, one nutrition line, one recovery slot, one written report. Email-only signup: leave your address, get Day 1 in five minutes, decide on day seven whether the full month is the next move.
- Email-only signup, no card on file. Day 1 arrives before you finish your coffee.
- Day 1 is the baseline. Four reps, four numbers, written down before bed. That column is the receipt.
- Day 4 and Day 7 are rest days. The week is built to finish — not to pull a muscle by Wednesday.

What you get
Seven mornings. Same format every day. No fluff.
Mission, recovery, nutrition cue, one written sentence. The format is the product. The seven-day version leaves room for a real rest day on Day 3 and Day 7.
What Day 1 actually is
The mission you’ll ship on day one.
Four baselines. Three meals. One paragraph. The same slot repeats each morning for seven days. See the brief before you send your address.
Mission 001
Mission 001 — Base check.
The four-rep baseline
Baseline: max-rep pull, push, squat, plank.
Run the four baselines back to back. Pull-ups to failure, push-ups to failure, body-weight squats to failure, plank to failure. Write all four numbers down before bed.
- Warm up for five minutes — easy jumping jacks, plank shoulder taps, and bodyweight squats at half effort.
- Set a timer. Pull-ups to failure, then rest ninety seconds, no longer.
- Push-ups to failure. Same ninety-second rest.
- Body-weight squats to failure. Ninety-second rest.
Nutrition slot
Two litres of water across the day. Protein at every meal. Cut the evening snacks to one.
Mental slot
Write the version of yourself you are trying to replace. One paragraph, dated, no edits.
That column — the four numbers you write on the back of the first page — is the receipt. Day 7 will ask for it.
After day 7
When the week is shipped, the month is next. $30. Same email. Same slot.
The 30-Day Tactical Body Challenge picks up on day eight with the same cadence, the same report slot, and a checked baseline you can stack against yourself on day thirty. Skip it, walk with the format — or buy the month. Your call from the report you ship on day seven.
One email already covers both programs. The Day-1 mission arrives the moment you sign up here — the 30-day book is the unpaid option on the checkout table.
